- Own and deliver the company's annual revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for all company platforms (eduman, EduCare, ValuePlus, SkillDeal, PROSPER, Barakah).
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and make timely course corrections.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Lead the design and execution of product packaging and pricing strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Initiate and manage collaborative industry partnerships for mutual growth.
- Build, lead, and inspire multiple sales teams across different products and regions.
- Recruit top sales talent through strategic talent hunting initiatives.
- Drive talent retention by fostering a motivating and rewarding work environment.
- Coach and mentor team members for skill development, performance improvement, and career growth.
- Lead change initiatives to align sales strategies with evolving market demands.
- Manage crises effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to sales operations.
- Implement innovative sales processes and technology for enhanced efficiency.
- Act as a role model, fostering Leadswin's values, ethics, and high-performance culture.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and uphold the highest standards of integrity
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Consulting Firms, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
- Only Male
- Minimum 10 years in B2B/corporate sales, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in revenue generation, strategic planning, and market expansion।
- Experience managing multi-product sales teams in the education, technology, or service industry preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and market insight.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in negotiation, deal-closing, and partnership building.
- High adaptability in change management and crisis handling.
- Data-driven decision-making capability with advanced analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English.
