Responsibilities & Context:Plan, schedule, and execute strategic marketing operations for woven fabrics.Analyze market trends, provide feedback, and develop business strategies to boost fabric sales and brand presence.Identify new market opportunities and develop customer bases through proactive outreach and relationship-building.Develop and implement annual budget and business plans to meet sales targets and market growth.Ensure product availability and implement initiatives to increase market share.Design and execute trade marketing activities and communication strategies.Generate and deploy innovative marketing ideas to enhance product positioning.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while introducing and on-boarding new customers.Handle end-to-end buyer communication from product development to shipment.Participate in sales calls and meetings to acquire or close new business opportunities.Provide technical clarifications and follow up on buyer comments regarding samples or production.Prepare fabric costings, handle negotiations, and finalize order confirmations with buyers.Develop and manage Time and Action (T&A) calendars to ensure timely execution of each step from sampling to delivery.Maintain accurate records including purchase orders, costing sheets, and internal tracking.Coordinate with the sampling team to ensure timely and accurate sample development.Ensure samples are sent to buyers on schedule and follow up for feedback or approvals.Work closely with production, quality, and commercial departments to meet buyer expectations and ensure on-time shipment.Monitor production activities to maintain product quality, consistency, and deadlines.Collaborate with the planning department to determine production schedules and line allocation.Communicate regularly with subcontracting partners and factory teams to ensure smooth workflow and execution.Lead coordination efforts between internal departments for efficient order processing and timely delivery.Any other task assigned by the management.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience:
  • 8 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile,Group of Companies
