Responsibilities & Context:PDP Operations & Shipment knowledge is mustAssist in managing and coordinating all commercial activities and documentation(BL, PL, Import Export Doc, Custom Declarations).Support procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.Maintain and update commercial records, agreements, and reports.Planning Shipment & process improvementsEnsure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.Liaise with internal departments (finance, logistics, legal, etc.) to streamline commercial processes.Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS/commercial reports, and identify areas for operational improvement.Handle correspondence with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders as required.Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring for the department.Make sure smooth delivery coordination with USAEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 30 years

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations/commercial roles (Prior experience with forwarder company will get preference)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
