Responsibilities & Context:Manage day-to-day worker-related administrative issues including attendance, discipline, grievances, and welfare.Handle worker unrest, disputes, and conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation.Work closely with HR & Compliance teams to ensure a stable and productive workforce.Resolve disputes between workers and management in a professional manner.Ensure timely intervention to prevent escalation of conflicts.Lead coordination during emergency situations (strikes, unrest, accidents, etc.).Maintain close coordination with local administration, law enforcement agencies, and community leaders.Arrange and maintain police verification of workers and security personnel.Build rapport with government offices to support smooth factory operations.Ensure timely renewal of factory licenses, trade licenses, fire license, environment clearance, and other statutory documents.Maintain compliance documentation and support in audits and inspections.Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen services within the factory premises.Monitor entry/exit control, worker ID card issuance, and overall safety management.Prepare and submit reports to management regarding administrative activities, expenses, and compliance.Any other task assign by the managementEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Masters
  • BA/BBA, MBA/Masters on relevant field from any reputed institution.
Experience:
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 45 years
  • Only Male
Must have working experience at garments factories.Strong leadership and people management ability.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Factory Act, and related regulations.Ability to deal with local authorities, law enforcement agencies, and government offices.Proficiency in MS OfficeSkills & Expertise:Administration,Buyer Handling,Compliance,Labor Management,Transport ManagementCompensation & Other Benefits:
