Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth supply chain operations for our hotel and restaurant. The ideal candidate must be organized, honest, and experienced in handling food & beverage as well as hotel consumables.Job ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and record deliveries of food, beverage, housekeeping, and other supplies.Verify quantities, quality, and condition of items against invoices and purchase orders.Maintain proper storage of perishable and non-perishable goods following FIFO (First In, First Out) system.Issue items to various departments based on approved requisitions.Monitor stock levels regularly and prepare purchase requests to avoid shortages.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the store area.Keep accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock balances (manual & digital).Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies to management.Prevent theft, damage, and wastage through proper handling and security measures.Assist the Accounts & Procurement team with documentation and audits.Experience:

1 to 3 years
