Executive/Sr. Executive, Building Maintenance (Bhaluka, Mymensingh)

Responsibilities & Context:

Strong knowledge of interior works, including partitions, ceilings, wall paneling, office/shopfloor layout modification, tiling, landscaping.
Sound understanding of masonry, plumbing, and basic electrical coordination as part of civil infrastructure upkeep.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to equipment and machinery.
Experience in painting and surface finishing (interior and exterior), including touch-up and renovation work.
Ability to inspect and assess building structures, roofs, and drains for potential damage or wear.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards for industrial buildings.
Experience in managing civil vendors/contractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring quality control.
Proficient in preparing maintenance schedules, cost estimates, and work reports.
Hands-on knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning for building infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
