Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextWe are looking for potential candidates who will be responsible for following up and coordinating various operational functions to ensure smooth running of departmental activities. The position requires proactive monitoring, reporting, and liaison with relevant departments to achieve operational goals.Job ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development - Monitor and follow up on training programs, schedules, and attendance; ensure training effectiveness and proper documentation.Fire and Safety - Follow up on fire drills, safety equipment maintenance, and compliance with fire safety regulations.Security - Follow up and coordinate with the security team to ensure adequate staffing, incident reporting, and adherence to security protocols.Local Purchase - Monitor local purchase activities, maintain liaison with the procurement team, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services as per operational needs.Civil Department Coordination - Follow up on civil maintenance and repair works, monitor progress of civil works, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion as per operational requirements.Transport Maintenance - Follow up on the maintenance, servicing, and repair of company vehicles; ensure proper documentation, timely inspections and operational standardsPrepare and submit periodic reports on the status of the above activities to the Head of Operation.Any other related duties assigned by the management.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 30 years
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Honest, dynamic, dedicated, and responsible individuals are desired.Sound knowledge in MS Office, Internet & e-mail, and ERP Software.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to any situation.Compensation & Other Benefits:
