Responsibilities & Context:Coordinate with purchase teams for the timely procurement of required materialsMonitor stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and packagingEnsure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issuance, and documentation of materialsMaintain updated stock records in ERP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally)Proper inventory managementMonitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and recommend actionMinimize material shortages and excess through proper demand planningCoordinate with production and planning departments for timely requirement updatesAssist in preparing material requirement plans based on production forecasts/plansCoordinate with logistics/transport for timely inward and outward material movementImplement 5S and housekeeping practices in the store and warehouse areasEnsure materials are stored as per FIFO/FEFO principles and safety guidelinesEnsure proper documentation for all material transactions (MRN, SRN, issue slips, etc.)Comply with internal and external audit requirements and company policiesSupervise storekeepers, forklift operators, and labors/helpersTrain junior staff on best practices in material handling and safetyAs per the assigned job by the supervisorEducation Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.Diploma in Materials Management / Inventory Control is preferred.Experience:

At least 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 30 years
Only Male

6-8 years of experience in materials/store/inventory management in a manufacturing setup.Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.Working knowledge of ERP software (SAP/MM, Oracle, Tally, etc.).Familiarity with ISO, 5S, Kaizen, and other quality standards.Good communication and coordination skills with inter-departmental teams. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsCompensation & Other Benefits:
