Executive - Business Development & Lead Handling

Responsibilities & Context:Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, handling general inquiries efficiently and accurately.scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting with clientReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence in a timely manner.Provide basic information about company products and services to system integrators (SI), clients, guests, and staff as needed.Maintain proper documentation of HR, Admin & Compliance records.Coordinate with the Head of Admin and the corporate HR lead for implementing all HR & Admin development initiatives.Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, document filing, and handling routine office paperwork.Facilitate internal communication by coordinating with various departments to support smooth office operations.Perform any additional duties or special tasks as assigned by management to support overall office functionality.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Computing & Information System
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Group of Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Only Female
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Photoshop, AutoCAD, Facebook page management, LinkedIn posting, E-commerce operations etc.1-3 years in HR & Admin, client communication, call and customer handling (Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply)Candidates must have relevant HR and Admin experience in an organization.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Skills & Expertise:Administration,Client service skills,Client Service/ Marketing,HR and Admin,HR Operations,IT Support ServiceCompensation & Other Benefits:
