Responsibilities & Context:

Roster/Non Roster basis duty
Maintain & monitoring Fiber Optic Network.
Maintain & monitoring ISP Network.
Maintain & monitoring Different Brand OLT.
Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
Keep coordination between customer & technical team.
Handling incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients. Assists customers effectively by solving customer Complain.
Provides customer additional information or explain service.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Any other responsibilities/tasks as set by Company Management.
Prepare reports to the Management.
Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers. Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting issues.
Able to work on Support Email, Live Chat, Facebook Replies etc.

Education Requirements:

Diploma
Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 18 to 35 years

Skills & Expertise:Basic Computer Knowledge,Computer skill,Microsoft OfficeCompensation & Other Benefits:
