Responsibilities & Context:

Able to handle Customs, C & F, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Banking, Import & Export duty & VAT-TAX issues.
Ensure all logistics activities related to import & export.
International Correspondence.
Practical knowledge in export (Shipping, freight forwarding, DEPZ, Chittagong, Benapole, Bangla Bandha Customs, Dhaka Customs & Bond.)
Follow up with shipping line Custom clearance & Freight Forwarding for smooth operation.
Maintain Export L/C, L/C Clouse TT Documentation TT Clouse.
Have thorough knowledge in Banking System/FOC/Commercial Item and H.S. Code(s) for Exported customs clearance formalities thereof.
Should be well conversant and capable of corresponding/ negotiating with Bayer & Trader.
Company legal document update.
Communicate with Bayer (local & foreign).
Liaison with partners for smooth business establishment.
Make liaison with back office between partner as bridge Capable to monitor and supervise the activities of the Commercial Department properly and effectively.
Any other task assigned by management.
Should have well knowledge of commercials terms.
Should have close relation with NBR, Tariff commission and all govt. offices related to job responsibilities.
Should have good communication skills with all the business partners.
Good knowledge of EPB, MCCI, Phyto, Customs, Exp Issue, Report to Bangladesh Bank
To prepare reports as per management required
To prepare reports for Govt. institutions
Must have the experience to working with subsidy.

Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Commerce (MCom)
Masters

PGD in SCM preferable.

Experience:

7 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Battery, Storage cell

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 30 to 40 years

Strong knowledge in subsidy, Back to Back L/C, knowledge about Deemed Exports & Commercial Activities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Commercial reporting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Skills & Expertise:Commercial/ Export-Import,Export & Import,Export Documentation,Export/ Import through L/C,International/ Export MarketingCompensation & Other Benefits:
