Responsibilities & Context:Oversee overall factory operations including production, quality control, and manpower management.Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and other food safety standards.Plan, organize, and optimize production schedules to meet targets.Monitor raw material usage, control inventory, and minimize wastage.Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and management teams for smooth operations.Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, efficiency, and costs.Education Requirements:

Masters

Post Graduate in Industrial Management or related field.Experience:

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
