Internship Scope & Responsibilities:As an Intern - Telesales (Real Estate Marketing) at Business Technology Marketing Ltd. (Uttara), you will:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company projects (plots & flats).
Follow up on client inquiries received through phone, website.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective buyers.
Assist in promoting the plots and flats of developers.
Share project details, pricing, and benefits to interested customers.
Maintain accurate client databases and update sales records regularly.
Provide accurate information and address client questions professionally.
Guide clients through booking processes and documentation support.
Ensure client satisfaction through prompt responses and follow-up calls.
Prepare call reports, daily work updates, and feedback summaries.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and client proposals.
Support the team in scheduling site visits and keeping records organized.
Gain exposure to real estate marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Learn negotiation and communication techniques for property sales.
Develop professionalism, confidence, and teamwork skills in a real workplace environment.
