- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, preventing any scheduling conflicts.
- Act as the gatekeeper, screening phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and handling them appropriately.
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas for both domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on agreed action points.
- Handle confidential information and documents with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Liaise with internal department heads and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
- Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient data retrieval.

- 3 to 5 years
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to a C-level executive or Director.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be trustworthy, diplomatic, and proactive.
