- Ensuring all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently to achieve organizational objectives.
- Managing administrative support staff, overseeing facilities management, coordinating logistics, and developing administrative policies and procedures.
- Allocating resources effectively and managing financial aspects, including budgets and expenditures.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of office facilities and equipment.
- Handle the procurement of office supplies and manage relationships with vendors.
- Ensure that administrative policies and procedures are developed and implemented effectively.
- Lead and manage administrative staff & worker, providing guidance and oversight.
- Prepare and manage administrative budgets to control costs effectively.
- Align administrative functions with the overall business goals of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to administrative functions.
- Accurate & error free record keeping of data and ensuring time to time reporting to the Management Board & Regulators
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the bank and external regulatory authorities
- Prepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Examine and monitor supplies and raw materials and order new supplies.
- Quality Assurance of Purchased Opex Inventory Items.
- Inventory Relevant Reporting to Management as and when required.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
- At least 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies
- Age At least 35 years
- Skills: Excellent organizational and planning abilities to handle complex administrative tasks.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with different departments and staff.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges.
