Responsibilities & Context:Job Location: Block: A, ABC Point, Uposohor, SylhetKey Responsibilities:Attend to patients and visitors at the front desk, call center, and information desk.Provide support regarding billing, appointment scheduling, and report collection.Ensure smooth service delivery and assist in preparing daily service reports.Accurately maintain patient and service databases using the hospital's software system.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Graduate degree from a recognized institution.Experience:
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber, Healthcare Startup
Additional Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role within the medical/healthcare sector.Hands-on experience with Mysoft software is highly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of patience and empathetic attitude.Strong team-working ability and a service-oriented mindset.Compensation & Other Benefits:Compensation & Benefits: Negotiable (as per hospital policy)
