Responsibilities & Context:Identify new seller/brand prospects through data-driven analysis of the market.Facilitate sourcing and onboarding of leads (sellers/brands) based on the category and company strategy.Achieve targeted KPI on new seller acquisition, assortment, and make them active.Develop & implement strategies for merchant acquisition & educating sellers about selling on E-commerce platforms.Manage Vendor/Seller accounts through continuous communication to maintain a relationship for fruitful business.Develop go-to-market strategies by understanding the market and identifying seller and business portfolios to acquire new vendors.Train up Vendors/Sellers about how to maintain the ASC, website & system in every aspect.Maintain acquisition trackers (seller status, follow-up, contract signed to live, etc) for the daily based report.Additional Job Requirements:
Age 22 to 28 years
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from reputed University (Marketing preferred)1 to 2 years of experience in a related role (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)Strong communication and negotiation skillsProficient in MS Excel.Ability to do multitask and work under tight deadlinesKnowledge of e-commerce platforms and industry trends will be a plus.Compensation & Other Benefits:
