- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients and investors.
- Actively participate in lead generation, follow-ups and closing sales deals for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct presentations and property tours with clients to highlight project features and investment benefits.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with potential buyers to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Provide timely updates and transparent communication to clients throughout the sales process.
- Offer post-sales support including guidance on registration, mutation and other legal formalities.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business through excellent service.
- Monitor product pricing and competitor activity in targeted areas.
- Identify emerging demand zones and provide suggestions for new product acquisitions or projects.
- Use market insights to shape pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, social media and events.
- Collaborate with the branding team to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, online content and videos, that communicate the company's value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- 2 to 5 years

- Age 25 to 30 years
- Relevant experience in sales, acquisition, call center, reception in real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client portfolios and field visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Knowledge of real estate trends, property laws and the local market is preferable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong client orientation with persuasive communication skills.
