Responsibilities & Context:Make client engagement calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell internet packages and services.Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable internet packages.Follow up with interested leads to successfully close sales.Accurately update records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Address customer objections professionally and provide clear, effective solutions.Generate referrals by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales growth.Stay informed about new offers, packages, and competitor activities.Provide customer feedback to contribute to service quality improvement.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • At least 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, ISP
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 20 years
  • Only Female
