- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell sunglasses & optical frames.
- Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and assist customers with purchase decisions.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to ensure repeat sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Record and update customer information and sales data accurately in the system.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales deals effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize customer reach.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction during all interactions.
- Handle complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Bachelor/Honors
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Strong communication skills in Bangla (English will be an added advantage).
- Ability to convince and handle different types of customers over the phone.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Patience, polite attitude, and positive mindset.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, typing, and basic data entry).
- Teamwork and time management skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing / call center / sales will be preferred.
- Willingness to learn about sunglasses & optical products.
