We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Accounts Officer, for IEDOperate and maintain accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure proper VAT & Tax operation, maintenance, and submission within deadlines.Maintain internal controls and safeguards for receipts, payments, revenue, and expenditures.Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including vouchers, invoices, and payments.Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).Support the budgeting process by comparing actual results with budgets and identifying variances.Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during internal and external audits.Oversee project/program/grant-related accounting, ensuring expenses align with approved budgets.Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing forecasts in coordination with relevant departments.Support the Assistant Manager/Manager in financial analysis, reporting, and board/audit committee requirements.Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records for compliance and audit purposes.Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen finance systems and administrative processes.Perform any other accounts or finance-related tasks as assigned by management.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System

Experience:

2 to 3 years
