Responsibilities & Context:Customer Trend Forecasting and Market Intelligence
  • Proactively monitor evolving customer trends, preferences and market dynamics through focused market watch platforms and third-party intelligence systems, enabling accurate forecasting of customer seasonal trends and identification of innovative product opportunities.
Cross-Functional Ideation and Concept Integration
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between the R&D and Sales & Marketing teams to integrate creative concepts into conceptualization using customer trend insights, R&D and S&M ideation and creative thoughts.
Seasonal Product Design Calendar Development
  • Establish a dynamic product design calendar aligned with seasonal trends and consumer demand patterns, ensuring timely ideation, development, and launch of new product lines.
Comprehensive Fabric and Product Development Planning
  • Coordinate with the Fabric R&D team to define targeted fabric development strategies, and work in tandem with the front-end design and development teams to create garment and hanger collections that align with the final design vision.
Focused Product Line Strategy and Consistent Innovation
  • Drive the evolution of HDPML's Own product lines-including linen, Tencel, viscose and poly-viscose and their blended collections-through a season-over-season focus that leverages the compounding benefits of consistent focus and consistent flowless idea generation.
Execution Planning and TNA Adherence
  • Develop robust execution frameworks for product innovation initiatives and ensure on time execution of Time and Action (TNA) calendars across all execution teams to make sure the initial plans are met on time.
Customer Counter Development Alignment
  • Ensure that customer-specific developments are accurately executed according to the provided specifications and are presented using suitable formats to make sure the customers are delighted of the outcome.
Integrated Value Stream Execution
  • Align Fabric R&D, Garment R&D, and Market Intelligence functions into a single, value stream to enable seamless execution and commercialization of innovative product offerings.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience:
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
