Responsibilities & Context:Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams across pattern making, sample development, production engineering, and related functions to achieve business and production objectives effectively.Oversee all technical functions, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and control systems across departments.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and minimizing process complexities, optimizing workflows, and implementing modern manufacturing techniques. Provide hands-on technical leadership on machinery, processes, attachments, and methods to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and product quality.Monitor daily technical performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flow. Drive implementation of lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and other process improvement methodologies to minimize waste, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, planning, merchandising, and quality assurance to meet product specifications, delivery targets, and buyer expectations.Maintain and monitor ongoing factory evaluations to ensure compliance with technical capabilities, safety standards, quality benchmarks, and efficient manpower utilization.Develop and execute training programs to enhance technical competencies and upskill the workforce in line with industry's best practices.Prepare comprehensive reports on technical performance, productivity metrics, process improvement initiatives, and corrective action plans for senior management review. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new machinery, tools, and technologies to enhance production capabilities, optimize processes, and drive overall technical efficiency.Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Job Requirements:Must have experience in handling woven products.10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in garment manufacturing with at least 5 years in a senior technical role.Strong expertise in garment construction, pattern making, technical audit and 5`S.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, modern machinery, and sustainable production practices.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Highly motivated and result-driven individuals.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Compensation & Other Benefits:Festival Bonus as per company policy
