- Supervise and coordinate Modern Trade Sales Officers (MTSOs) and super shops/institutions.
- Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets.
- Monitor merchandising and ensure optimal product display.
- Track inventory, report damages/expiry, and manage stock levels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare reports on orders, deliveries, and sales activities.
- Share updates on growth opportunities and expansion plans with clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour for insights.
- Execute and manage customer promotion programs in modern trade.
- Handle order processing and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor/Honors
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Toiletries
- Age 26 to 34 years
