Responsibilities & Context:Job Context: We are currently hiring highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as Sales Executive for Super Shops & Institutions. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate Modern Trade Sales Officers (MTSOs) and super shops/institutions.
  • Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets.
  • Monitor merchandising and ensure optimal product display.
  • Track inventory, report damages/expiry, and manage stock levels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare reports on orders, deliveries, and sales activities.
  • Share updates on growth opportunities and expansion plans with clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour for insights.
  • Execute and manage customer promotion programs in modern trade.
  • Handle order processing and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by management.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Toiletries
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 34 years
Commerce background will get preference.Only experienced in Super shops and institute sales Candidates are allowed to apply.Must have standard computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS- Excel).Skills & Expertise:Excellent communication skill,Leadership and teamwork,Super shop,super shop operation,Team Leading,Team Management & SupervisionCompany Information:P.T.
