Responsibilities & Context:As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure that our products not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your work will have a direct impact on the user experience and overall success of our products.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Develop high-quality, pixel-perfect visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Design user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs. Analyze results and make data-driven improvements to designs.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Identify and troubleshoot UX challenges for existing and upcoming projects.
Provide design guidance and support throughout the development process.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Continuously seek opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Graphic Design

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements:A minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design works.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with user research methods and usability testing.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.Compensation & Other Benefits:Performance BonusFestival BonusesCompetitive SalaryYearly Salary Review
