Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities & Context:

Lead the end-to-end product design process - from user research and concept ideation to wireframes, prototypes and final UI designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and component libraries.
Transform complex workflows into simple, intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
Apply best practices for UI/UX, accessibility and responsive design.
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Education Requirements:

Experience:

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Additional Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, preferably in SaaS or ERP solutions.
Strong portfolio showcasing both UX process and UI execution.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
Communication and presentation skills.
