Responsibilities & Context:Develop and execute innovative product strategies for narrow fabrics (Crochet, Niddle Loom, Jacquard) to align with market trends and customer demands.Lead and manage the product development team, fostering collaboration and driving performance excellence.Oversee the design, development, and production of high-quality narrow fabrics (Crochet, Niddle Loom, Jacquard) with a focus on technical feasibility and scalability.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for new product lines.Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest product quality.Address technical challenges and troubleshoot issues related to Narrow fabric production.Prepare detailed reports on product development progress and outcomes to support strategic decision-making.Education Requirements:

Experience:
