Responsibilities & Context:Develop and manage digital marketing campaignsManage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and traffic.Create, publish, and optimize engaging content (posts, blogs, videos, reels, etc.).Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad networks.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).Manage email marketing campaigns and subscriber lists.Collaborate with the design and content team for creative campaigns.Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and tools.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience:

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Shop/Showroom

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 22 to 35 years

Proven experience in Digital Marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred).Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Analytics tools.Strong knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies.Excellent communication and copywriting skills.Graphics design expert (Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).Should Knowledge about ChatGpt, Canva, Flow etc.Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.Skills & Expertise:Digital Marketing,Graphics Design,Social Media MarketingCompensation & Other Benefits:T/A,Mobile billFestival Bonus: 2Sales Incentive
