Responsibilities & Context:Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (a concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailers in Bangladesh with brands like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men`s and Women's.Job Responsibilities:Achieve sales target.Guiding and motivating salespeople properly to achieve monthly and daily sales targetsMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsProper cash handlingPlanning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceEnsure proper stocking & all moving items availability; make requisition for all stock itemsReport on buying trends, customer needsDaily/weekly/monthly report to the managementMentality to work extended hours (Long time).Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe, and ensure CCTV operations.Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of the retail outlet.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Higher Secondary

Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 22 to 30 years
