Responsibilities & Context:Job Context:Express Leather Products Limited, the official representative of international brands Lotto Sport Italia and Lee Cooper London in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader for our retail division. This role involves assisting the Head of Department in formulating retail strategies while taking direct ownership of the zonal annual business plan and sales budget. A key function of this position is to regularly monitor team performance and generate insightful sales reports for top management, facilitating strategic decision-making.Assist the HOD in formulating retail sales strategies and policies.Prepare annual business plan & sales budget for the assigned ZoneLead the retail sales team to achieve sales targets both in pairs & turnoverEnsure business growth in all retail stores and category businessesProvide Daily, Weekly, & Monthly sales reports to top managementRegularly track and monitor ASM/Es and Outlet In-charges' daily activities and performanceThe management assigns other tasks from time to time.Experience:

At least 7 years

Additional Job Requirements:MBA/Master's in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ IB/ Finance from any reputed university7 to 10 years (preferably Retail/ FMCG experience will get preference)Age minimum 35 yearsRetail/ FMCG experience will get preferenceSelf-motivated, energetic, and extensive travelling mentalityStrong Business and competitor analytical abilityBottom line oriented & result drivenAble to work under pressure in a team with responsibilityCompensation & Other Benefits:
