- Plan and execute corporate & VIP Hajj and Umrah operations.
- Design and manage Hajj & Umrah packages
- Manage visa processing for pilgrims.
- Arrange hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah.
- Oversee tent management in Mina and Arafat.
- Supervise Qurbani arrangements during Hajj.
- Manage transport operations for pilgrims.
- Monitor treatment facilities and emergency medical support.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with regulatory authorities, including HAB, Civil Aviation Authority, AITA, Ministry of Religious Affairs, and the Saudi Embassy
- Organize training programs and workshops on Hajj and Umrah for pilgrims.
- Develop and implement corporate Hajj & Umrah marketing strategies.
- Ensure premium services for VIP pilgrims.
- Maintain strong client relationships and create new partnerships.
- Opportunities to manage services for NRB pilgrims when applicable.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across Bangladesh.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Identify market opportunities and expand distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business/Islamic Studies/Tourism Management).
- Higher qualifications will be an added advantage.
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator
- Only Male
- Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Corporate/VIP Hajj & Umrah Management & Marketing.
- Proven track record in Sales Leadership and Business Development.
- Proven skills in visa processing, hotel booking, tent management, pilgrim training/workshops, and Qurbani arrangements.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English will be given priority.
