Responsibilities & Context:Manage and supervise daily production activities for wire & cable manufacturing lines.Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery to maximize productivity.Monitor and control process parameters to maintain consistent product quality as per standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, BSTI, or equivalent).Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth production flow.Implement process improvements to reduce downtime, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.Train, coach, and motivate the production team for skill development and performance improvement.Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and performance analysis.Support management in capacity expansion, process automation, and strategic initiatives.Any other task as assigned by the management.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience:

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 35 to 55 years

At least 5 years experience in the similar position (AGM / Manager - Production) is required.Compensation & Other Benefits:
