Responsibilities & Context:Market Research & Export Strategy:
  • Identify and expand new markets in Europe, America, the Middle East, and Asia. Analyse international demand for various garments such as Shirts, Pants, T-Shirts, Knits, Sweaters, Pajama-Panjabi, Caps (Tupi), Prayer Rugs (Jaynamaz), Lungi, Saree, and others.
  • Monitor competitors' market strategies and provide recommendations for competitive pricing.
Buyer Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with foreign buyers and buying houses.
  • Handle sampling, price quotations, negotiations, and order finalization according to buyers' requirements.
  • Address buyer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain long term business relationships.
Coordination in Production & Quality Control:
  • Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely production and delivery. Ensure product quality in compliance with international standards.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements, certifications, and legal obligations.
Sales Target & Budget Management:
  • Develop and implement effective plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly sales and marketing budgets and ensure proper utilization.
  • Formulate strategies to increase export earnings and market share.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, train, and enhance the performance of the marketing and merchandising team. Monitor team performance and ensure goal-oriented work.
  • Encourage the team to adopt creative ideas and market-driven strategies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular reports to higher management.
  • Ensure compliance with government and international export regulations.
  • Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and discipline.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience:
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Paper
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 33 to 45 years
  • Should have good interpersonal and high level of Management skill
