Responsibilities & Context:Manage overall operations of the Sub-Branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and excellent customer service.Drive business growth by actively marketing bank products and services to acquire new clients.Prepare and implement business plans to achieve deposits, loans, and profitability objectives.Optimize operational efficiency and cost control while ensuring service excellence.Handle customer issues and disputes effectively, maintaining strong relationships with the clients and promoting financial literacy.Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit guidelines to maintain governance standards.Provide leadership and guidance to Sub-Branch staff, ensuring high productivity, engagement, and professional development.Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
At least 3 years
