Responsibilities & Context:Ensure sales as per business plan.Follow up day to day Show Room operation related to all activities.Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety, and security issues related to the showroom.Ensure visual merchandising as per plan.Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates; Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe and CCTV operation.Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote new products and offers to customers.Compile customers feedback and address the same.Education Requirements:Bachelor / Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university.Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Age At least 25 years

Pleasant personality, smart & good-looking.Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.Strong leadership ability and ability to improve grooming of team.Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.Self-driven to work under pressure.Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with customers and team.Ability to work independently and maintain proper supervision of showroom.The incumbent should have at least 3 years of work experience as In-charge in a large Retail Brand Shop.Skills & Expertise:Good communication skillsCompensation & Other Benefits:
