Responsibilities & Context:Position Overview:The ISP Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Internet Service Provider (ISP) projects to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, technical standards, and regulatory guidelines.Key Accountabilities & ActivitiesProject Planning & Coordinationo Assist in the development of project plans, schedules for ISP infrastructure and service deployment projects of clients.o Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, sales, customer support) to ensure alignment on project goals.o Track project milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to project managers and senior leadership.Implementation & Monitoringo Support the execution of fiber, wireless, and broadband network rollouts.o Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and transmission teams to ensure timely completion of installations and maintenance actives.o Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to avoid delays.o Monitor client services including entre monitoring system.Documentation & Reportingo Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, technical documentation, and compliance records.o Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports for management and stakeholders.o Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.Stakeholder Communicationo Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.o Communicate project updates and resolve issues that may impact service delivery.Education Requirements:· Bachelor's / Master's degree in CSE, CE, ETE, or Telecommunication from a reputed university.Experience:

At least 2 years
