Responsibilities & Context:Promote and sell tour packages, air tickets, visa services, and hotel bookings to clients.Identify potential clients and generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, groups, and individual travelers.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.Understand client needs and provide personalized travel solutions.Offer professional consultation regarding destinations, itineraries, and package options.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly to build long-term relationships.Stay updated about new tour packages, promotions, visa updates, and airline deals.Create presentations and proposals for corporate and individual clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers via social media, email campaigns, and events.Upsell and cross-sell additional services like travel insurance, sightseeing, and upgrades.Negotiate prices, discounts, and service agreements with clients to close deals.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa offices, transport providers, and tour operators to ensure smooth bookings.Ensure all reservations, payments, and confirmations are managed accurately.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client communications, and booking details.Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management for product improvement.Keep track of competitors' pricing, packages, and offers to stay competitive.Identify emerging trends in the travel industry to develop new sales strategies.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and visa requirements.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Familiarity with GDS systems, booking platforms, and CRM tools (optional but preferred).Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience:

2 to 6 years
