Responsibilities & Context:Job Context - PDJob Location: Factory - West Tengra, Sarulia, Demra, Dhaka.Job ResponsibilitiesTo perform formulation and process development activities of drug products of all dosage form based on Quality by Design.To carry out process validation of all type of dosage form.To be successfully conduct of all types of compliance like local regulatory and export audit.Re-formulation of existing products to improve quality of the products.Initiating the initial feasibility study followed by pre- formulation study.Identifying and quantifying raw and packaging material for new products and raising requisition for trial and Pilot batch quantity as per procedure.Preparing product recipe and all necessary registration documents for submission to Drug Administration AuthoritiesManufacturing Lab and Pilot batches after preparation of Manufacturing Record and checking in process quality control parameters.To prepare the stability schedule & monitor stability samples (lab batch and validation batch); keep in stability chamber for further functions and prepare summary report of stability, stability protocol, summary data sheet.Preparing new BMR, BPR & Product data sheet, etc.Submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage.Manage the product creation process from design handoff to production approval.Additional duties as assigned by the management.Education Requirements:

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Experience:

3 to 5 years
