Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple digital platforms, ensuring maximum brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI. If you're passionate about audience targeting, ad performance, and the ever-evolving world of paid media, this is your chance to shine.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant ad platformsConduct audience research to define targeting strategies and ensure campaign efficiencyCollaborate with the content and design team to create ad creatives that resonate with the target audienceMonitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives as needed for optimal resultsAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with actionable recommendationsA/B test creatives, copy, placements, and strategies to identify best-performing combinationsStay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and new advertising toolsNeed to collaborate with Finance & Accounts team to ensure payments of the respective media buying spendingsAssist in budgeting and forecasting for paid campaignsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaign alignmentExplore new paid media channels and partnerships for brand growthWe're looking for:At least 2 years of experience managing and optimizing digital marketing or advertising campaign or related field.Creativity and ability to generate engaging content & strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and their respective audiences.Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytic tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business suit.Qualifications:Bachelor of Business Administration (preferably in Marketing)Experience with graphic design and content production.Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Ability to research and understand complex topics quickly and accurately.Analytical & Data-DrivenCreative and InitiativeTime Management and Organizational SkillsTeam Player with Good Communication SkillsReady to embark on a rewarding adventure with Fly Far International?Join the Fly Far International family and see the world!Education Requirements:
