Responsibilities & Context:Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & TroubleshootingProvide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for office and factory users.Network & Server ManagementAssist in monitoring and maintaining LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and VPN access.Support server administration, data backup, and system performance monitoring.ERP & Manufacturing Systems SupportProvide first-level support for ERP systems used in production and supply chain operations.Coordinate with ERP vendors or IT specialists to resolve application-related issues.Security & ComplianceEnsure proper implementation of IT security protocols, antivirus, firewalls, and data protection policies.Maintain user access controls, password policies, and regular system audits.Installation & MaintenanceInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and factory-related IT devices.Ensure preventive maintenance of IT equipment in factory and office locations.Coordination & DocumentationMaintain IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, and peripherals).Document troubleshooting procedures, system updates, and IT service requests.Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, and warranty services.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience:

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
