Responsibilities & Context:Configure, troubleshoot, and provide user support for IT equipment.Manage configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices.Collaborate with the Group IT team on infrastructure development projects.Handle service requests, equipment replacement, warranty claims, and asset management.Maintain IT inventory records and coordinate timely delivery of equipment.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Head.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience:

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 35 years

Candidates with factory working experience in relevant field will be given preference.Strong knowledge of IT equipment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of IT asset management, inventory tracking, and warranty processes.Skills & Expertise:Analytical Skill,Information technology,Strong problem solving skillsCompensation & Other Benefits:
