- Develop, plan, and execute creative social media strategies aligned with SPSC's vision and goals.
- Manage and grow the official social media channels (Website. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).
- Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics, stories, reels) that reflects academic, cultural, and co-curricular activities.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance online presence.
- Interact with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and develop the content and design elements of the company websites with input and assistance from the rest of the team.
- Assist in the coordination of events, such as interviews, press-conference and meetings, etc. including social promotion, and re-distribution of content generated from those events to maximize their value and impact (creating written pieces, photo-collages and video clips etc).
- Design target audience and reach according to the needs of respective marketing campaigns.
- Run targeted paid and organic campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers, students, and administrative teams to highlight key achievements and updates.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency and uphold the reputation of SPSC across all digital platforms.
