Responsibilities & Context:About the Role:Porter is seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Associate to help drive demand for our logistics services and manage a network of diverse partners, from two-wheelers to trucks.Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily field visits to acquire new partners (traders / drivers).
Onboard new partners in the company's Apps.
Daily follow-up to generate new orders.
Ensure daily fulfillment target.
Build strong relationships with partners (traders / drivers).
Actively track all KPIs to improve gradually.
Highlight market trends to the management.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, E-commerce, Logistics Startup, Delivery Services Startup
