Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextBYSL Global Technology Group is looking for confident young Customer Service Associates to provide the highest level of quality service to customers, who will be able to handle inbound-outbound calls, social media queries, and provide outstanding customer service with strong communication skill and proficiency in both English and Bangla languages.Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer queries, complaints or requests from existing and potential customers through calls and social media in both Bengali and English languagesHandle online sales and follow up until deliveryProvide accurate, valid and complete information using the right toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to build long-term customer relationshipsRefer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons using internal system for further investigationEnsure customer satisfaction and an enjoyable experience in a professional mannerOther related tasks assigned by the managementReport time to time to concerned person for complicated issuesEmployment Status:The recruitment will be made on a short-term contractual service agreement basis for 4 months which is a renewable and permanent opportunity depending on the performance.Work from the office.Education Requirements:Graduation from any reputed institute with a good academic track recordEducational qualifications may be relaxed in the case of experienced candidatesExperience:
