- Build and maintain positive client relationships over the phone.
- Visit clients at their offices to discuss services and build partnerships.
- Provide on-site guidance and consultation as needed.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and client interactions.
- Report client feedback, trends, and potential opportunities to management.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Follow company policies and maintain client confidentiality.
- HSC

- Bachelor/Honors
- At most 4 years
