Responsibilities & Context:Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through phone, email, and Online communication channels.Assist clients in scheduling appointments for skin care, aesthetic, and laser treatments.Provide information about our services, pricing, and promotions to prospective clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and maintaining accurate records of appointments.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services rendered and address any additional needs or concerns.Collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate customer requests, resolve issues, and optimize service.Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.Assist in generating leads and converting inquiries into appointments to drive business growth.Education Requirements:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience:
1 to 2 years
