- Service Desk & Support: Triage, resolve, and escalate incidents and service requests within SLAs; maintain clear ticket logs and root-cause notes (aligned to ITIL incident/request best practice).
- Systems & Network: Install/maintain Windows, drivers, and business apps; troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN, printers, and peripherals; basic switching/routing and firewall rules; endpoint security/antivirus upkeep.
- Web Operations (Production): Administer WordPress/CMS; manage themes/plugins, uptime, backups, staging→prod releases, and recovery; handle domain/DNS, SSL, CDN (e.g., Cloudflare), and hosting (cPanel/Cloud VM).
- Performance & Monitoring: Set up uptime and log monitoring; track page speed, errors, and crawl issues; coordinate hotfixes and scheduled maintenance windows. Responsibilities mirror common web-ops release and production practices (release planning, vendor SLAs, peak-load preparedness).
- Analytics & SEO Hygiene: Maintain GA4/Search Console, sitemaps, index coverage, and basic on-page hygiene for content releases.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce least-privilege access, password/2FA policies, patch cadence, and secure backup/restore drills; document SOPs.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Prepare quick user guides; train staff on mail/drive tools; coordinate with vendors/ISPs/hosting support.
- Asset & License Management: Maintain inventory of devices, licenses, and warranties; plan lifecycle replacements.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service
- Experience: Minimum 2-4+ years in hands-on IT support plus website/CMS administration in Bangladesh (corporate or agency). Experienced candidates only.
- Technical Skills:
- Windows administration, hardware troubleshooting, imaging/backup tools.
- Networking basics (IP/DNS/DHCP, VLAN/Wi-Fi, VPN; Mikrotik/Cisco exposure a plus).
- WordPress admin (themes/plugins, security hardening, backup/restore, staging), cPanel/WHM or cloud hosts; domain/DNS, SSL, and CDN configuration.
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration (mailboxes, groups, policies), Outlook troubleshooting.
- Basic HTML/CSS/JS edits; comfort with Git for version control; SQL/PHP basics a plus.
- Monitoring (e.g., UptimeRobot/Statuspage), GA4 & Search Console fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ITIL-style incident/request workflows and SLA discipline.
