Responsibilities & Context:Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in the heart of Dhaka, is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Executive. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our healthcare services by ensuring smooth IT operations in a modern hospital environment.Manage and monitor the hospital's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and internet connectivity.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Mikrotik routers, switches, IP phones, and CC cameras.Ensure proper implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect hospital data and systems.Provide technical support to hospital staff regarding computer systems, printers, scanners, and software issues.Maintain hospital website, domain hosting, and corporate email systems.Oversee installation and management of new IT equipment and applications.Monitor and manage hospital IT systems to ensure uninterrupted services.Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.Prepare IT reports, documentation, and performance logs for management.Support hospital digital services and ensure smooth communication systems.Provide training and guidance to staff on IT policies and system usage.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Bachelor's degree (Honors) in CSE, IT, or ECE from a recognized institutionExperience:

2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 32 years

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Experience in hospital IT operations will be an added advantage.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to work beyond office hours in case of IT emergencies.Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in IT operations, preferably in a reputed hospital or corporate environmentStrong knowledge of networking (CCNA certified preferred)Experience in Mikrotik router configuration & managementServer setup, administration & troubleshootingCybersecurity knowledge & ability to implement security protocolsWebsite & domain hosting managementPrinter, scanner & hardware troubleshootingIP Phone configuration & managementCC Camera installation, monitoring & maintenanceEmail setup & management (corporate email systems)Vendor management & IT asset controlProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & IT documentationCompensation & Other Benefits:Type: Full Time (Roster).Facilities: As Per Company Rules.
