Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Business Analyst & ERP Specialist to join our group of companies. The role demands expertise in business analysis, ERP development/implementation, AI-driven process optimization, and ERP project leadership. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, drive ERP rollouts, and spearhead digital transformation initiatives.Business Analysis & ERPCollect, analyze, and document business requirements across business units.Map and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.Prepare business and functional specifications for ERP modules.Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.ERP Development & ImplementationDevelop, customize, and implement ERP solutions (HRIS, Procurement, Finance, Tally, etc.).Perform system testing and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Ensure smooth ERP deployment and end-user adoption.Provide ERP training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for ERP upgrades and integrations.AI & Process AutomationApply AI prompt engineering to automate workflows and reporting.Develop and enhance basic software applications supporting ERP processes.Drive AI-powered digital transformation initiatives within the group.Leadership & ERP Project CoordinationLead ERP-related projects across group companies.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.Monitor project milestones, prepare progress reports, and align with business objectives.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Professional certifications in ERP, Business Analysis, or Project Management (PMP/Prince2) will be an added advantage.Experience:

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Steel, Battery, Storage cell, Power

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 26 to 35 years
