Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextWe are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Barista / Guest Hostess (Female) to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee & beverages and at the same time acting as a Guest Hostess, welcoming and assisting guests with a warm and professional approach. This role combines service excellence, beverage preparation, and guest relations to deliver an exceptional dining and café experience.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Barista:

Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages.
Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all drinks.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café station and equipment.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Suggest new beverage ideas and seasonal specials.

As a Guest Hostess:

Welcome and greet guests warmly at the restaurant/café.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Answer guest inquiries and provide information about food & beverages.
Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements.
Handle guest complaints politely and ensure guest satisfaction.
